Rules and Regulations for Garrison

Well, generally speaking I would like to say congratulations and good work to everyone that has been there to make our success at the LS Garrison Events a success. The past few times we have have organized them they have been largely attended and well executed. However they are becoming a popular event and to come full circle a list of rules and guidelines needs to be drawn up to address any possible future conflict or questionable actions. I have volunteered to put this together and it is not to be taken as of yet as an absolute. This is a forum for discussion please use it to your advantage. If I have come up with something that you find unfair or bias in any way challenge my on it and we will let the majority decide which is the more decisive course of action.

Here are the newest set of numbers for garrison event complete with sales receipts and my attempt at the math. Please go over my numbers to check for any mistakes the end numbers are about 10k off but its the closest I could get them ><

Well the final results are in, as all items have been sold. I apoligize ahead of time for the monotony of the following but to justify the handling of a sum this large that is not my own I think the equivilant of full set of sales reciepts is necissary.

Maior, and any others who would like to contribute. I attempted to divide this amount into seperate shares and failed. I can take notes but the distrobution is too complicated for me this time around lol. I always did suck at math. Anyways got tired of staring at my note book trying to figure it out. So the forum is open to discussion, please feel free to post distro procedures. We will decided as a group the fairest method.

{DISCLAIMER: Away from the game I am a fairly politically active guy with a Democratic / Progressive / Liberal persuasion. I will do my best to refrain from demonstrating my contempt for the current administration and the state in which they have lead our country. However this post is slightly political and some of my views will be pronounced to display my justification for such an article. I understand not everyone has the same beliefs as I do though this is not setup to be a debate on stance. Rather... I feel the subject is universally understood to be more important than personal bias.}

Well the long awaited results and reward of last weekends Garrison have been organized counted and will shortly be delivered. However before I start planting goodies in the delivery boxes of the participants I wanted everyone to know the bases of which distribution has been sorted.
